岗位职责:
l 负责公司前台接待、基本咨询和引见
l 负责公司总机电话的接听和转接
l 协助行政类账单的提款事项
l 负责公司快递发送/接收及分发
l 维护前台区域内的整洁,负责办公室耗材及其他物品的订购
l 其他日常文书、资料整理及其他行政事务工作
l 完成上级主管交办的其它工作
Responsibilities:
l Receive and register all incoming guests.
l Assisting with answer and transfer incoming calls.
l Follow up monthly payment process.
l Sending and receiving parcels.
l Supervise and coordinate for the environmental cleanliness of the office.
l Be responsible for purchase order (e.g pantry consumable items, bottled water) and Vendor Management.
l Other works assigned by manager.
任职要求:
l 大专学历及以上
l 形象气质佳,有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力
l 基本的英语听说和书写技能
l 做事认真,有责任心,相关经验者优先
l 能熟练操作基础办公软件
l 一一周实习3-4天 持续半年
Requirements:
l Junior College or above
l Good command of spoken and written English
l Well appearance and good communication skills4-4 and ability for solving problems
l Awareness of responsibility, related experience is a plus
l Basic software knowledge
