THE ROLE Seating Engineering at Tesla is responsible to design and engineer all seat components inside the Interior Cabin. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support seating new program development & launch with positive attitude. • Support seating engineering for creating 2D and 3D by Catia. • Contribute directly as project team coordinator to ensure successful execution. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial. • Excellent organization, problem solving, tactical thinking, and time management skills. • Proven record of quickly adapting to business needs, can-do mindset, flexibility, and fast-learner. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. • Working knowledge of technical software: Catia, Microsoft. • Understanding of planning and building an electric vehicle plant.
