key responsibilities:

·         Drafting, reviewing and advising on a variety of basic agreements and proposals;

·         Assisting in drafting and preparing official and legal documents;

·         Assisting in conducting legal research on issues related to Chinese law using multiple research resources;

·         Translating and proofreading legal documents in both Chinese and English;

·         Assist and provide coverage for other supporting works as assigned by legal counsel

Qualifications:

·         Major in Law

·         Fluent reading and speaking in both Chinese and English;

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills;

·         Strong sense of responsibility

Internship time:Long-term internship(more than 3 months), at least 3 days on duty per week
