【Job description】 - Research and evaluate new active ingredients for formulation applications - Investigate and resolve solubility and stability challenges of active ingredients within cosmetic formulas - Support the development of simple analytical experiments to characterize and validate active ingredient performance - Contribute to the design and development of innovative formulas built around new active ingredients, aligned with consumer needs and expectations - Monitor and track formula stability throughout the development process - Collaborate with the formulation team to integrate findings into ongoing R&I projects - Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations and good documentation practices 【Position Requirements】 - Background in Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field - Prior laboratory work experience (academic or professional) - Strong learning agility and curiosity for new technologies and ingredients - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluent in English and Chinese - Team spirit minded, collaborative approach to problem-solving - Sense of rigor and attention to detail in experimental work - Strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) rules and laboratory protocols - Interest in skincare products and cosmetic science is a plus
