该职位接受暑期实习&长期实习。 该职位接受暑期实习&长期实习。 【Job Duty】 1. Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers, communicate (via text chat, email, r vice chat) with your assigned clients almost daily. 2. Develop and maintains long-term relationships with accounts 3. Communicate client needs and demands to colleagues and company, makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion 4. Identify any areas which our company is not doing a good job, and discuss with c-workers and management.  5. Forecast and track client account metrics. Keep records f client transactions. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client gals while meeting company gals 6. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Obtain any referrals to other possible clients, when appropriate 7. Ordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service 8. Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients 9. 4. Two years or more of Account Management Experience,Client-Focused Solutions Experience

5. Excellent English written, spoken, and listening comprehension
