What you will do:
• Perform receptionist duties and administrative support to the Team.
• Manage to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of office
• Organize and distribute incoming & outgoing mail and courier shipments.
• Handle the purchasing of stationary, office & pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Support the SAP purchasing process
• Coordinating meeting room schedule and arrangement
• Assist and support with other ad hoc projects as assigned
