General Job Description:
The Sales Transaction Support (STS) is a worldwide organization which supports bid teams working on engagements across all brands and business lines (hardware, software, GTS, SO, GBS and cross-brand). STS: a one-stop-shop for sales support, including cross-functional support. The STS's mission is to provide sellers and opportunity owners assistance so they can spend more time with the customer, while delivering higher quality and more responsive solutions, proposals, and contracts.
Sales Support Intern Responsibility:
BPLOA (Business Partner Letter of Authorization) local assistance, work with Dalian Center team release BPLOA to partner, include download and check version, print, chop, scan, log, filling and mail or face to face deliver to BP;
Aligned with DL Center BM support Channel Deal final delivery, include final check, printing, chop, scan and package;
Support AR team for Tax Invoices delivery in Beijing Office;
Backup and assistance Contract acceptance in peak time;
Required Skills:
At least 4 full days work in BJ PGP office pre week, full week is best;
Good English communication;
Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially Word and Excel;
Pure admin or business work daily, so Business and management student is preferred;
Can afford to work overtime occasionally;
