About the opportunity:
You will be part of the local credit Claims team and gain hands-on experience in B2B credit insurance claim handling. You will learn how a global insurance leader manages its local credit process, support our claim experts in daily tasks, and contribute to delivering high‑quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Support client communication and documentation collection
• 协助与客户进行基础沟通,收集理赔所需的材料
• Assist with system data entry and documentation maintenance
• 协助理赔系统信息录入、资料整理与更新
• Support handling of small claims and follow-up
• 协助理赔专员处理小额案件,包括案件进度跟进及基础审核
• Prepare claim-related reports and provide administrative support
• 制作相关报告、整理档案,为团队提供日常行政协助
• Assist with company/ credit team projects when required
• 根据需要参与公司或风控部门专项项目或流程优化任务
A successful candidate should be:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above; law or related majors preferred
• 本科或以上学历,法学相关专业优先
• Detail-oriented with strong learning capability
• 细致认真、学习能力强
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• 具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• 具备良好的英文及普通话工作能力
• Availability of at least 3 days per week; longer internship preferred
• 每周至少实习3天,长期实习者优先
• Experience with AI tools or related projects is a plus
• 有使用AI工具或参与相关项目经验者优先
