Brand Protection Intern (Intellectual Property) 品牌保护实习生(知识产权方向)

Responsibilities:

1.    Assist the Brand Protection team with online IP protection work, which includes searching and monitoring IP infringing product links, websites, and social media posts, etc; 

2.    Working with market place websites and file IP infringement complaints on their platforms; 

3.     IP legal administrative work, which include drafting legal documents according to existing formats, conducting legal researches, document editions, etc. 

4.     Legal researches and data collection and analysis; 

5.     Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, law related major is preferred;

2. Have strong passion to luxury/fashion industry as well as legal field;

3. Good command of English;

4. Proficient computer skills, especially regarding website operations

5. Highly patient and scrupulous;

6. Able to work for 3-5 days a week

7. Former working experience in law offices or courts is a plus
