1.       To assist team in preparing sourcing table related documents;

2.       To assist team in preparing related contractual/legal paperwork and ensure properly and timely PO releasing; 3.       To communicate and follow up with vendors for vendor setting up, activation, and system maintenance;

4.       To assist team in tracking progress, align with user department to ensure and verify deliverables/scope of work meet our requirement/PO schedule for major and long lead time projects
