Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the content ecosystem in the TikTok app
- Driving content diversity in accordance with wider brand strategy
- Curating creation in-app through efficient content planning (hashtags and challenges)
- Campaign development to support activations of the marketing team
- Supporting execution of global campaigns from a local content perspective
- Driving development of user base in line with local brand targets
- Working with community managers to engage user base, and collaboratively working towards overall content targets
- Advising and supporting organisations and brands on their in-app content and organic growth to further drive diversification
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience development
- Know how to drive the buzz/viral campaigns locally
- Solid business acumen and experience building professional partnerships
- A data-driven approach to working with content and community
- An affinity for social networks and influencer marketing
- Ability to speak and write in English and German(C1)
- Interest for social issues, breaking news and popular trends in Germany, a good understanding of the pop culture of the country, a sense for trends and virality.
