工作内容：

1. Supporting development of content to be presented as part of programme workshops 
2. Working cross-functionally and across region (including South East Asia)  with subject matter leads to compile content that delivers on the objectives of the capability programme 

工作要求：

1. Can lead the development and roll-out of a capability programme across our distributor network
2. Facilitate and lead training, using support from subject matter experts where required 
3. At least 2 days per week and is willing to commit to interning for at least 3-6 months 
4. Preference is for candidates with some technical background i.e. engineering, food science but this is not essential 
5. There is scope to move into other parts of the business once the programme has been rolled out in May
