实习生岗位说明

We are looking for internship in PE/Teaching/Counseling position.

我们正在招聘体育实习生、教师岗位实习生和心理咨询岗位实习生。

Preferred Qualifications and Qualities:

岗位要求

·       The interns should be between 21 and 30, healthy in physics and mentality, responsible and eager to engage in education and teaching career graduates (or graduating students, or gap year students). 年龄在21-30岁之间，身心健康，有责任心，热衷于从事教育教学事业的毕业生（或准毕业生、准备做间隔年gap year的学生）。

·       Interns, majoring in education/PE/ Psychology in colleges and universities around the world and performing well in school, should provide proof or recommendation about their own ability, comprehensive quality and other related aspects.（面向全球院校的教育/体育/心理学专业类学生，在校表现良好，能提供学校开具的关于自身能力、综合素质等相关方面的证明或推荐信。）

·       Interns should be highly motivated, highly efficient and rigorous, with strong teamwork and strong anti-compressive ability. ( 具有较强的上进心，高效严谨；团队协作和抗压能力强。)

·       Domestic interns should have basic English language skills.（国内实习生具备基础的英语语言能力。）

·       Interns need to have strong communication skills and language skills and to be good at analysis, problem solving, induction and summary. ( 具备较强的沟通能力及语言表达能力，擅长分析和解决问题，擅长归纳和总结。)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. 承担班级教学工作并负责本班级学生学习和生活上的所有支持性事务。

To undertake the job of “Homeroom teacher” and to engage with a wide range of student-related activities.

2. 负责与学生和家长各种形式的沟通与协调;

To communicate with students and parents;

3. 积极参与学校教务处学生处组织的各种教研、培训、讲座等活动；

To take an active role in all kinds of activities such as teaching and researching/ training/ seminars organized by the school and the department;

4. 协助老师做好课堂及课后教学辅助工作；

To assist teachers in classroom and after school teaching support;

5. 对学生学业水平和学习潜力进行阶段性评估。

To assess and evaluate on students current academic level and potential growth.

Salary range（薪资范围）:  2000-3000 RMB before tax per month

Work hours（工作时间）:   7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday

Starting date（工作起始日期）: 2020-02-10 to 2020-06-17. 可根据实际情况调整。
