工作职责
Market research: Collect and analyze competitor information, market information, consumer behavior, media preference, industry trends, trending social topics, and output marketing insights
KOL Project and Campaign Management: Day to day communicate with KOLs in different markets to support KOL content planning and generation. Detail-driven and experience in PR/KOL project is a must to have basic knowledge and experience. Assist in project executions including but not limited to: ATL, Digital, Social, Cross-team collaborations (e.g. Repurpose a KOL content screenshot into a banner)
Internal Process: Before campaign launch, follow up internal process, closely communicating with supporting team, such as Procurement, Legal, Tax and Finance, to make projects launch on time.
Media Planning: Collect and analyze 3rd party tourism/media data to support media strategy and media plan. Review media proposal from agency or vendor
Campaign Execution & Review: After launch, regularly monitor the performance of on-going campaigns. Be responsible for daily/weekly reports by processing front-end and back-end data.

Currently working towards Bachelors or Masters in relevant fields. - Prefer candidates with prior experience in similar fields (in-house brand marketing, Internet industry KOL department or operation team, 4A agencies roles etc.).
Detail-driven and experience in PR/KOL project is a must. Social media savvy. Familiar with or interested in the culture and media usage behavior of at least one of the following overseas markets is a plus: Korean (K-pop), Thailand, HongKong, Singapore, Japan, UK, Malaysia.
Basic knowledge about media measurement, such as media KPIs.
Proficient in MS Excel and other data analytics tools. Be data-sensitive!
5 days per week for at least 6 months.
Fluent English is a must. You will be communicating with teams in different countries/regions on a daily basis.
Proficient in MS Office.Tableau is a plus.
