Job Objective: Assistance for the developing new products, benchmarking and technical support for business growth.

Job Responsibilities: 1. 25%: Technical support of Zirpro powder and beads. Perform milling Tests for customer application simulation, benchmarking, follow SOP strictly. 支持氧化锆粉末和研磨珠业务，客户应用模拟测试，竞争对手产品分析测试，高效完成测试。 2. 20%: Support R&D of Zirpro powder and beads: Sample preparation and delivery, join discussion for new products development projects. Contributing reasonable and constructive ideas. Immediately report on tests results and new phenomena.支持新产品开发：样品制备，参与技术讨论。 提供建设性建议。将试验现象和结果做及时准确的汇报。 3. 30%: Assist the lab work for assigned Powder R&D projects, master proficiently the required equipments ( eg. Spray dryer, wet-milling, etc.) by following up stricly the SOP, and deliver results in time. Ideally, be able to propose constructive ideas for equipment operation/maintenance/product development. 协助氧化锆粉体研发项目的实验室工作, 熟练掌握相关的仪器设备( 例如:喷雾干燥器, 湿研磨机, 等), 严格遵守操作规程, 按时提交实验结果. 如有可能, 希望可以对仪器的操作/维护/产品开发 提出建设性的建议. 4. 15%: Conduct efficiently experimental work for Powder related benchmarking and market support. Understand the characterization methods, arrange, collect and deliver all the results in time. 对于氧化锆粉体业务，高效的完成竞争对手分析测试和市场支持相关的测试。理解相关的测试方法，协调测试时间，收集和及时汇报实验结果。 5. 10% Ensure lab meet EHS and 5S requirement. Perform regular, formal chemical hygiene and housekeeping inspections including inspections of emergency equipment (e.g. eyewash stations, safety showers), and maintain proper records of those inspections. 确保实验室在EHS和5S方面长期具有优异表现。定期、正式地执行化学品卫生和现场可视化管理（5S）检查，包括应急设备的检查（如：洗眼器、安全紧急冲淋），并且保持这些检查的记录。
