About the role:

Assist and enable the delivery of valuation services to clients

What this job involves:

Assist in the preparation of Valuations in the PRC – including market research, data analysis, site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing

Assist seniors with project pitch and client relationship maintenance

Support the team with upkeep of internal data library

Passion for real estate research, real estate, evaluation, finance and economics are preferred

Good at data analysis, English communication and writing

Team work awareness

Hands-on knowledge in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
