岗位职责 • 作为康明斯中国控制团队一员，开发先进的柴油机电控系统，包括应用层软件，系统集成，硬件匹配和标定集成与发放。 • 作为全球团队的成员之一，与国内及全球其他技术职能部门紧密协作，致力于使发动机产品达到严苛的排放要求和客户性能要求。 • 标定发动机控制系统以满足设计要求。 • 开发及执行核准验证计划以确保产品满足康明斯设计目标。 • 支持内部及外部客户的培训和排查、解决问题。 • 支持公司新能源产品,包括纯电动，混合动力产品的开发。 • 支持公司车辆网和大数据部门的产品开发。

要求 • 在校本科生或研究生(2020年毕业生或工作二年以内的毕业生) • 发动机，汽车，机电一体化，控制等相关专业 • 有志于长期从事技术类工作，特别是工程开发工作 • 敏锐的工程思维能力和良好的自学能力 • 有柴油机或者汽油发动机控制系统相关的课题经验或工作经验，或者其它类似的汽车电子控制系统经验 • 英语水平良好

Responsibility • The controls engineer will work within the China controls team to develop advanced diesel engine controls system. • Work closely with other technical functions both inside China and globally, as part of the global team to develop advanced electronic engine products to meet latest emission requirements. • Calibrate engine control system to meet design requirements. • Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure the products meet Cummins design targets. • Solve problems during development and application of the electronic engines. • Support internal and external customers on training, trouble shooting and problem solving. • Lead cross-functional reviews. Qualification • MS in Internal Combustion engines, or automotive engineering or electronics engineering, or related technical fields. • Understanding of embedded controls software. • Understanding of controls theory, such as PID controller. • Understanding of engine performance, emission and after treatment system. • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
