Mainly support Retail recruitment activities on:
1. CV screening &Interview arrangement
2. Coordinate in the whole recruitment of various positions including CV screening, selecting, and interview arrangement.
3. Support to consolidate diversified data for analysis, evaluation
4. Partner with HR team members in HRBP function and COE teams to drive alignment of HR programs
5. Other ad hoc administrative tasks HR Manager assigned.
Experience & Background Skills Required:
At least 3 Full days/week available
1. Bachelor’s degrees
2. Good communication and personality skill
3. Willing to learn and work under pressure
4. Language: English and Chinese, in written and oral level.
