About the Role: We are looking for a curious and self-motivated intern to join our R&D team. You will work on developing and enhancing internal tools to improve task management and data visualization for our engineering teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global telecom company and understand how large-scale R&D processes and tools work in practice. There’s also opportunity to deploy AI with R&D tools. What you will do Assist in developing and configuring internal tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI) for task and project management. Build and improve data dashboards and reports for R&D team performance and metrics visualization. Conduct research on existing tools and processes, summarize findings, and provide improvement suggestions. Take ownership of specific tasks or modules independently, while collaborating with the team when needed. Support light configuration and tool development activities based on business needs. You will bring Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Strong curiosity and willingness to explore and learn new tools and technologies. Good analytical and summarizing skills, enjoys problem-solving and improving processes. Basic programming knowledge is sufficient, advanced coding background is not required. Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: databases, Java, Power BI, Python. Able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
