2022管理培训生项目由雅诗兰黛集团亚太研发中心创新领导团队发起。它旨在吸引优秀的大学毕业生(学士、硕士和博士)追求职业发展的快速道路。在亚太地区的创新中心，包括上海、东京、香港、新加坡和首尔，我们为参与者提供产品研发、产品开发和产品创新的机会。该项目是一个全面、丰富及深入的24个月轮岗项目，使参与者全面了解特定的创新功能领域。进入该项目的管理培训生，将经历一系列定制化的轮岗、工作分配和评估，获得快速的个人成长，并将在公司内获得更好的职业发展机会。

经过选拔进入该项目的学生，需先期进入2021年的暑期实习项目。实习结束后经过能力评估和选拔，优胜者将进入管理培训生项目。

 

2022管理培训生计划如何帮助参与者成功

1. 得到管理层的充分支持和认可

•  感受从招聘到雇佣，轮岗和工作分配的高质量体验，与项目导师保持紧密的工作合作，在每项工作中获得指导和支持。

•  以专业为基础定制开发项目，获得来自区域项目团队的支持。

•  及时获得正式和非正式的反馈以及轮岗部门、直属经理和项目经理的指导以帮助不断提升。

• 成为亚太地区千禧一代咨询委员会的成员之一，有机会成为管理层的反转导师。

2. 研究开发项目，与全球的产品创新团队的科学家一起工作

•  关键职能的能力建设项目，特别是产品创新，产品开发，配方，先进技术开发，包装开发，工艺开发，分析和微生物学等。

•  获得与管理层、高级管理人员、与行业的科学家互动与学习的机会，听取职业建议并积累工作经验，有机会参与影响业务的重要项目。

 资质要求

•  化学工程、生物化学、物理化学、分析化学、化工、精细化工、应用化学、有机合成、高分子科学、生物、生命科学、食品科学、食品添加剂，制药、药物制剂、材料科学专业或相关专业本科、研究生或博士研究生的最后一年

•  学习成绩优异

•  充满好奇心，具有较高的快速学习的主动性和灵活性

•  喜欢并善于沟通，具有良好的人际交往能力

•  具有领导、激励和影响他人的能力

•  积极主动，勇于创新，能够在快节奏的组织中茁壮成长

Introduction of this Presidential Associate Program

The Presidential Associate Program is sponsored by Estee Lauder Companies APAC Innovation Leadership Team. It is designed to attract top university graduates (Bachelors, Masters & PhDs) to pursue an accelerated pathway of career development. It provides exposure to the R&D, Product Development, Product Innovation disciplines within the Organization in our APAC Innovation Hubs including Shanghai & Tokyo & Hong Kong & Seoul. This program is an intensive, highly competitive twenty-four-month rotation program, which consists of three 6-month long rotations and some short rotations designed to make the participant well-rounded and knowledgeable in particular innovation functional areas. After a series of customized rotations, job assignments and assessment, there will be a job placement that will accelerate your career growth.

 

How the Presidential Associate Program Helps Participants Succeed

 

1.       Fully Endorsed and Supported by Leaders

 

• A close relationship with the Program Mentor to ensure a quality experience from recruiting through hiring, rotation assignments and placement

• A rotation manager to work under, who will provide guidance and sponsorship for each assignment

• Being a member of the Asia Pacific Millennial Advisory Board which gives the opportunity of reverse-mentor to Senior Leaders and provide valuable contribution to the business

• Support from the Regional Program Team for customized developmental programs to build on the profession

• Formal and informal feedback and coaching by managers and rotational departments

 

2.        Developmental Programs

• Welcome and Integration Program/Corporate Immersion

• Key functional capability building programs, specifically for Product Innovation, Product Development, Formulation, Advanced Technology Development, Packaging Development, Process Development, Analytical and Microbiology.

• “Lunch and Learns” with Senior Executives from across the Company to expand the business network and to listen for leaders’ experience and career advice, also have opportunities to work on important projects that impact our business.

 

3.        Placement at End

Permanent Placement up to Sr. Scientist or equivalent at the end of the Program based on existing business needs as well as the participant’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and passion.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Final year undergraduate, Graduate or PhD students with major in Chemical engineering, Polymer Science,  Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related filed

Outstanding academic record

No minimum of work experience required, but with a passion for the beauty industry

Strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others

Motivated and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization

Possesses high learning agility

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese or Japanese.
