Objectives of the Position    

Implement and fulfill all application requests timely and ensure the process quality in accordance with BASF guidelines

Conduct Panel Assessments and perform root cause analysis for quality improvement

Main Tasks

• Ensure all activities to meet BASF standards of EHS, 5S and QM; • Responsible for your own safety and care about safety of fellow workers as well, the detail information please see the EHS responsibility description; • Capable of conducting all the operational items same as Application Technician (e.g. Operate spray machine proficiently; Calibration for all spray machine; Implement and fulfill all application requirements timely, strictly follow specifications and ensure the application quality, etc.) • Organize daily ARS Meeting and hand-over Meeting between shifts; • Conduct panel assessments by using measuring devices proficiently, e.g. film thickness meter / wavescan/ color measurement meter;  • Record working data and prepare test reports • Support to investigate the root cause of quality complaints and Coordinate effectively with PO/Application/Operation to improve quality • Conduct continuous improvement for 2-shifts operational process • Train the new employee and guide them to ensure the independent operation; • Handle application programming proficiently and familiar with application parameter adjustment; • Complete any other assignments from supervisor.
