工作职责

1．主要负责协助实验前期准备工作；

Responsible for assisting the experimental preparation work;

2．保障实验室正常运行及维护；

Support laboratory operation and maintenance work;

3．测试制药设备，检查制粒、压片、包衣等工艺流程；

Tests on pharmaceutical equipment, granulating, pelleting and coating process;

4．协助设备操作、维护，负责实验室日常清洁和物料管理；

Support equipment operation and maintenance, and be responsible for daily lab cleaning and material management;

5． 执行指定的试验并撰写报告.

Perform specified tests and related report-writing.

工作要求

1．本科以上学历，生物制药、制剂学等相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree, preferably in Biological Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaceutics or other related majors;

2．每周工作3-4天，实习期6个月及以上；

Minimum 4-5 days per week into the office and minimum 6 months internship;

3．了解制药基本知识；

Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals.

4．较好的动手能力和解决问题的能力；

Good hands-on practical ability and problem solving skills;

5．工作效率高，具有较强的责任心；

Effective in work and have a strong sense of responsibility;

6．良好的英语读写能力。

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
