JD: -Maintain and update the supplier master file on time -Support to establish an inspector database of third party agency  -Support quality team for audit / inspection activities -Support to collect technical information from potential suppliers -Other administrative support to quality team -Support IPO duet for market analysis -Other tasks requested by IPO Management JR: -Postgraduate, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, supply chain, project management or administrative management etc.,  -Combined background  in engineering and administrative management is a plus -2+ days per week is preferred
