Job Responsibilies： 1. Prepare product requirement, create the design concept, DFMEA and the qualification plan. 准备产品开发规范，准备产品设计方案并进行风险分析，提出设计验证方案。 2. Organize the technical review and design reviews to finalize the risk evluation or provide technical recommendations. 组织内部专家进行技术分析并给出技术建议；组织技术评审，对设计方案进行定稿。 3. Lead of lab tests and results analysis, run 8D analysis for the test failures to identify the root cause. 安排试验室的各项测试并进行结果分析，如果发生试验失效，会用8D工具进行原因分析。 4. Create or update the product specifications, drawings, SAP data for product release. 创建或更新产品工程标准、图纸和SAP相关数据。 5. Work with other function to complete the new product PPAP. 和其他部门项目成员一起完成新产品的生产验证。 You should be qualified as: 1.
