职位描述
1. Support HR-related projects, such as talent development, compensation and benefit, and also internal policy optimizing;
2. Support the recruitment, include learning position demands, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, information management, and other duties related to the job;
3. Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up recruitment results and process feedback closely;
4. Professional, driven, champion diversity and inclusion. Adaptable to change.
职位要求
1. Proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written.
2. Undergraduates or Masters graduating in 2021 and beyond. Business majors are preferred, but major is not a strict requirement.
3. Someone who learns fast, works hard, and has a strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth work attitude and pressure resistance.
4. Someone who can practice continuously for more than 3 months and attend 4 days or more per week.
