The position must be able to establish
strong, personal, and long-lasting relationships with potential Chinese
Large Market prospective customers. He/she needs to use consultative selling skills, knowledge of the travel industry in order to provide end-to-end solutions that meet client business needs.
Responsible for selling Business Travel Solutions to Local Chinese Large Market companies.
Understand what’s happening in the travel industry, client’s business requirement and work with management team to identify gaps and redefine Value Proposition
Prospect client lists by leveraging intelligence database, personal network and CITS reference as well as follow up qualified leads from marketing initiatives such as advertising and CBTF
Work effectively with Implementation team to successfully implement new business
Network with the travel related industry at public events & forums
Skills and Competencies
Minimum 2 years of direct corporate sales experiences and extensive relationship with corporate (especially Chinese companies) buyers and decision makers. Fresh graduated is also considerable as long as the candidate is interested in the business develop of corporate clients.
Understanding of China travel & related industry. Procurement management knowledge is a plus.
Good understanding of the Business Segment (Govt, SOE, Private, etc )
Positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate.
Strong verbal/written communication skills, and capable of working under pressure with little or no supervision. The experience of cold call is preference
Possess good presentation skills
Good in English
