Job Title: Purchasing Intern

Reports to: Procurement Analyst

Subordinate: N/A

Working Location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

·        Mainly support Purchasing Director and team in daily operation

Responsibilities:

·        Assist purchasing director in arrangement meeting, reimbursement, business travel, etc.

·        Approve PAC requests

·        Host sourcing board meeting, staff meeting

·        Monitoring teams staff change, update related information

·        Organize and support team activity: team building, annual dinner performance, China purchasing leadership summit

·        Help new comers settle down in office.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English or Administration are preferred;

·        Fluent in English;

·        Strong accountability and detail-oriented;

·        Available >=3 days a week; From 2019/10/28 ~2020/2/29.

·        Good communication skills and team work spirit;

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
