Retail MT program is a 2-3 years' program to recruit and to develop future managers preferable in retail.

We seek the graduates from top business schools worldwide with at least master degree who are young with high potential, motivated to work in stores.

Candidates are hands-on, humble, quick learner and willing to mobile in whole China, at least they are able to speak English and/or French.

The program is a commitment:

Dior will invest to train and develop the trainees, and the trainees will work hard to learn what retail is about and will be flexible and available for any changes.

During these 2-3 years, each trainee will go through in depth in retail aspect activities and the target is to train them to be a qualified Supervisor / Assistant Department Manager / Assistant Boutique Manger.
