Responsibility:
• Customer Relation Management
Cooperate with the sales and technical team to perform the customer requests Maintain the customer relationship via email or phone
• Customer Communication
Performed as the POC between Sales Team and Technical/Product Team
Responsible for replying the customers’ emails after the accounts enter the maintaining period
• Quality Ensurance
Implement quality check on the deliverables to the customers
Cooperate with Product team and Technical Team on resolving the issues found during QA

Requirement:
• Good command of Business English listening, speaking and writing is a must
• Strong at logical thinking and communication
• Flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines
