Position: Logistics Analyst Assistant (Internship)– Asia

Location: AutoZone Asia - Shanghai 

Date: work in lengths longer than 6 months

 

Job Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned: 

 

·       Work closely with vendors and freight forwarders to make sure following shipping documents: ISF (importer security filing) forms, commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, and Cargo Manifest are completed correctly and provided on time.

·       Work with vendors to perfect export documentation. Address any discrepancy against PO, SKU and Value

·       Entails knowledge in classification, valuation of entry, country of origin, and incoterms.

·       File ISF (Import Security Filings): Enter data into system correctly for custom clearance of direct imports.

·       ISF filing for direct import orders, make sure commercial document submit on time.

·       Other logistics related ad-hoc tasks, coordinating with internal and external partners for container utilization improvement, on time shipping improvement.

Skills and Requirements:  

·       Ethical, comply with corporate code of conduct.

·       A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

·       Highly detail orientated

·       Entails knowledge in 3 PL, logistics management, or exporting.

·       Strong Data Analytics skills and statistical analysis proficiency.

·       Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

·       Team player.

 

Preferred Qualification:

                            ·       Preferred Engineering background.

                            ·       Able to work over consecutively 3 days a week.

地点: 沃众贸易（上海）有限公司

日期：时长六个月以上

岗位职责：

o联系供应商和运输方确保以下货运单据：进口安全申报表，商业发票，装箱单，提单，保证载货清单填写准确，交付准时。

o联系供应商完善出口制单，修正其中与采购订单要求，库存量单位要求和货物价值要求的差异

o涉及分类，进口估价，原产国和国贸条规的知识

o归档进口安全申报文件：在系统中准确录入进口清关数据

o填写进口订单的进口安全申报文件，及时编辑贸易单据

o其他物流相关附加任务，跟进供应商准时装运，改善集装箱利用空间

 

任职要求：

o拥有良好诚信的道德职业素养

o本科学历大三以上；

o耐心细致

o涉及第三方物流，物流管理和与出口方面的知识

o具备一定的数据统计分析技能；

o能熟练使用Office软件

o中英文听说读写流利

o具有团队合作精神

能满足以下条件者优先:

o 工科背景；

o 能一周连续工作三天以上；
