· Laboratory trials and analysis required for product and process development: Particle size analysis, texture analysis, viscosity measurement, fat migration test… etc.

· Samples making in kitchen and pilot plant: understanding recipes, organisation of ingredient, sample preparation (by hand and by machine), wrapping & labelling of samples.

· Develop creative concepts

· Record and analyse data from trials, summary and report results

· Organisation of ingredient and samples in lab and storage

· Support shelf life validation of products

· Support technical assistance to factories

· Translation for foreign team member and supplier with non-English speaking factory staff

· Prepare documentation in both English and Chinese
