Support HRIS Admin setup & modify employee's profile in HR systems;
Collect & verify intern's attendance records;
Prepare & distribute job related certifications;
Support employee benefits enrollment;
Distribute employee's benefits or coupons;
Support Employee Activity;
Translate documents as required;
Other tasks assigned by the HR supervisor.
Major in Human Resources, Administration, English or related field;
Fluent English in both verbal and written;
Excellent skills in MS office
Outgoing person with strong customer service;
Good at teamwork collaboration;
Can work at least 3 days a week.
