UPM HR Service Center China and APAC team is now looking for a HR Specialist(1 year contractor). This position will be located in Shanghai, China.

What you will do

•Manage employee lifecycle activities, such as probation management, personal file management, contract renewal, termination, residence permit and Hukou, etc.

•Participant in various projects such as annual commercial insurance, flexible working hour application, long term service award, etc.

•Provide on-site training support like classroom reservation and set-up, tea break preparation and so on.

•Take care of overall recruitment activities, including job requisition track and approval in HR system OurWorkday, job advertisement publication, CV screening, phone pre-screening, interview arrangement and support, medical check, reference check, on boarding coordination etc.

•Timely complete recruitment regular reports and analysis per needs

•Support recruitment projects, like campus program, trainee program, etc.

•Build good cooperation with all internal stakeholders and external partners to make sure high-quality services.

Who you are

•You have Bachelor degree with at least 1 year relevant working experience

•You have good oral and written English

•You are customer-oriented, proactive and optimistic

•You have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team

•You have strong communication skill and adaptability to changes
