2019 MT Program is coming

The Management Trainee Program aims to attract and develop young talents with leadership potential and equip them with solid professional and hands-on working experiences, as well as allow them to be accelerated in their careers and contribute to this beauty industry. In the past years, MT program has developed a rich pool of multi-skilled professionals to fill in different critical roles in L’Oreal.

WHAT WE OFFER:

In one-year MT duration, there are 3 job rotations + 1 E-commerce rotation and also a range of intensive & structured training courses which provides you with opportunities to learn, to experience and to build your competency in R&I. Throughout this program, MT will be assigned a HR manager and different experienced mentors in each rotation who will provide on-going supports and advices. 

After this one-year preparatory integration stage, you will be assigned to a specific position in R&I based on your interest, performance and potential demonstrated.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Students with China working visa, Master & PhD who will graduate in 2019 with major in Chemistry, Material Science, Biology, Medicine and Pharmacy, etc.

Enthusiastic about the beauty business, and wishes to join the beauty industry;

Practical, full of creativity.
