Position Summary Working under the supervision of other medical writers to contribute to clinical study related medical writing and translation activities to meet customer’s clinical project needs. He/she will carry out day-to-day hands-on work and maintain good medical writing relationships with project related stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

1. To work directly with other medical writers or relevant parties involved in the medical writing activities
2. Carry out clinical study related medical writing activities, including ICF, IB, CSR and clinical document translation/validation as required
3. Carry out quality control work for various clinical documents
4. Ensure the deliverables adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP) and the international conference on harmonization (ICH) guidelines or NMPA requirements
5. Perform literature searches as needed for drafting document content
6. Develop and maintain solid knowledge of the relevant therapeutic areas and medical writing techniques
7. Undertake any activities involving writing and communication with others as requested

1. Minimum 2nd year graduate student (Master) in medicine, pharmacology, or related life science areas
2. CTE 6 or above; or equivalent certifications     
3. Being able to work in the office for at least 16 hours/week
4. Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills; excellent scientific and technical writing skills in both Chinese and English
5. Ability to write fluent and grammatically correct English with solid understanding of medical and scientific terminology and procedures
6. Having knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical trials 
7. Ability to work with high accuracy and quality when facing tight timelines and flexible needs 
8. Attention to details and proactive working attitude
9. Ability in issue identification and problem solving
