Role Summary
The ERP Intern will support the ERP team in daily operations, system implementation, and optimization initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to ERP systems, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration, especially within finance, supply chain, and IT-related functions. The intern will work closely with ERP project members and business stakeholders to support system data, documentation, testing, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support ERP project teams in daily operational and project-related activities
Assist in ERP system data preparation, data validation, and basic data analysis
Help maintain ERP-related documentation, including process flows, user guides, and meeting minutes
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking
Assist in tracking project progress, risks, and action items
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Supply Chain, etc.) to collect information and follow up on tasks
Support ad-hoc ERP or digital transformation initiatives as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Basic understanding or strong interest in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Good communication skills in English; Mandarin required
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Exposure to ERP-related courses, projects, or internships
Basic knowledge of finance or supply chain business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.)
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or documentation work
