What does the Service Delivery Team do?

We provide business and technical support to internal and retail IT requirements in DW China offices and stores. We also provide business support for market expansion in APAC districts and countries, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia etc. Wherever there are new requirements regarding IT, we communication and generate solutions for them. Besides, we are not only the frontline solution generator that solves colleagues’ IT requirements but also their contact point to our global IT team.

我们为DW中国的办公室和零售店的IT需求提供商务和技术支持；同时，我们也为DW亚太地区的市场拓展（包括香港，澳门，台湾，新加坡，马来西亚，澳大利亚等国家与地区）提供商务支持。应对各种与IT相关的新需求，我们沟通、搜索并提供解决思路。除此以外，我们不仅是问题的解决者，同时是全球IT团队的在中国/亚太的联系人。

What you’ll be doing here  

为中国和亚太地区办公与线下店的IT需求提供商务和技术解决方案

协调亚太地区的市场拓展

与各个部门协作协调系统和服务实施

为中国和亚太的新系统需求进行市场搜索，合同检阅和实施

Who we hope you are

至少精通普通话与英语，广东话和二外为加分项（英语、小语种专业优先）

良好的内外部沟通技巧

良好的时间管理和项目管理技巧

强大的团队协作能力，善于解决分析和解决问题

同时兼备独立完成工作的能力

What we would love to see from you

·         Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux

·         Knowledge of business application systems, Office 365, ERP systems, POS systems etc.

·         You’re a computer hardware/mobile enthusiast.

·         Thrive to learn new technologies, take challenges and solve problems

·        Is willing to explore new systems
