MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales interface to product team/finance team and other functions, with regards of strategic budget planning.
• Monthly Short Term Planning:
o work closely with sales account manager and PCL to drive monthly sales planning, support to prepare relative reports.
o Risks-& opportunity-analysis, target monitoring
o Monthly tracking of raw material impact & pricing change, China steering sales volume.
o Provide sales planning related input for financial analysis and planning
• Monthly Long Term Planning,
o Strategic plan volume and price update
o prepare program in and out, revenue variance reports.
• Work on sales budget and 5 years’ planning, tracking & analysis, review report preparation
• Work on Global Sales Process and Regional Sales Process consolidation
• Develops strong working relationships with sales team and cross functions
• Support account managers on selling performance analysis
• Support on SBS Data maintain and checking
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
• University student
• Good communication
• Good in English,Office software
• Proactive and ownership.
