Job Responsibilities
1. Business Interviews & Information Integration
1.1 Assist in conducting interviews with sales managers, trainers, frontline staff, and general managers of Shiseido’s portfolio brands to document business pain points and needs.
1.2 Organize interview content, extract key insights, and compile structured reports
2. Course Development & Operational Support
2.1 Support preliminary research, content design, and material preparation for training programs, delivering outputs such as course outlines and PPT presentations.
2.2 Participate in course promotion and execution, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and manage logistics including scheduling, notifications, and venue arrangements.
3. Data Analysis & Impact Tracking
3.1 Analyze training participation data, learner feedback, and business outcomes using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau; generate reports and optimize training solutions.
3.2 Assist in building training evaluation systems to track behavioral changes and performance improvements among learners, validating training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or above (in progress), all majors accepted.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint (logical structuring, visualization), and data analysis tools like PowerBI/Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
