The position is responsible for Import and Export coordination for China Mainland business, job responsibility includes: • Responsible for preparing paperwork for import and export shipments, coordinating and communicating details with shipper and recipient • Working with outside vendors for shipping coordination, track incoming shipments, and make preparations for their arrival • Reporting and updating import status and information to key related parties. • Filing all import and export documents in compliance to internal procedures, laws and regulations. • Filing and reporting the actual costs related to importation and exportation
