Required Education and/or Experience necessary to qualify for the position: o 1~2 years or more years experience related to implementing any of the following: compliance, data analysis, audit or internal control within a business. o Bachelors Degree required, or above is preferred o Fluent in Mandarin both verbally and in writing. Fluent in English desirable o Capable user of Microsoft office and other business related techniques/software. o Excellent data analytic skills and able to do accurate Data Mining with speed, quality and value. o Proficient in business presentation preparation, and expert knowledge in data analytic tools (excel, ppt, qlickview) o Big 4 experience is a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 1. Data Management and reporting: Identify trend and pattern from big data and resolve complex and routine problems; and Summarize data record and prepare customized report for management including but not limited to compliance scorecard of Marketing and CC team. 2. Assist Line Manager in Contribution Governance: including but not limited to: monthly CC meeting assistance, CC follow up, Contribution projects analysis, Training, communication with internal stakeholders and data reporting in a timely manner. 3. Lead implementation of Spot check project: including, but not limited to: ensure quality data, validation, answer inquiry, communicating with internal stakeholders and support associated follow up and data reporting in a timely manner. 4. Support IFAN project, in particular for the data analysis. 5. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
