Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1. Job Purpose
To build and grow strong expertise & digital capability, to drive the business and Brand development, with insight-based digital & social campaigns, unconventional launch/ growth model, and fast paced movements, together to inspire and create new consumption in China,which include:
- To set-up the Information center
- To delivery business goals with Customers on T-mall/微店platform
2. Key Responsibilities --- Support LM to Delivery
- Define and set brand/communication strategy on digital and social that recognizes changing lifestyle of consumer
- Manage the digital ecosystem and build up strategic partnership (e.g. Ali)
- Develop social-commerce model to build brand community
- Set up KPI system support social commerce growth model
- Identify key influencers and be responsible for relationship management
- Lead planning and content management of digital and social, with tracking and improvement process around campaigns performance (ROI)
- Build e-commerce marketing capability on multiple online platforms including e-commerce website, search engines, social media, etc.;
- Set up the mechanism for data management from capturing to reporting, and analysis for insight generation.
- Timely review business indicators including customer performance, target achievement and profit. Analyze the SWOT of on-going business
