Role Summary The IT Intern will support assessing new brand PCs and the BYOD enablement project across China locations, focusing on device logistic handling, configuration, testing, documentation, and cross‑team coordination. 2. Key Responsibilities • PC Deployment & Modern Workplace Support: Installation, imaging, onboarding workflows, testing, inventory, logistics. • BYOD Support: MDM solution collection, compliance checklist documentation, mobile testing, troubleshooting. • Documentation & Processes: Procedure writing, test case documentation, tracker/report updates. • Team Coordination: Support China IT, APAC INP, and global INP follow‑ups and update consolidation. Requirements Education & Background • Undergraduate/graduate major in IT, CS, IS, or related field. • Availability for 4–6 months (preferred). Technical Skills • Basic Windows OS, Office 365 knowledge. • Familiarity with iOS/Android. • Basic networking (Wi‑Fi, LAN) knowledge. Soft Skills • Strong communication and willingness to learn. • Detail‑oriented, structured working style. • Ability to multitask and work independently under guidance.
