职位描述：

Intern -Urban Planner or Designer

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a senior leader, play a critical role in projects for masterplan development and documentation which may include:

Performs research and analysis of urban planning and design related systems and strategies.

Assists in preparation of drawings, maps, illustrations, presentations and reports.

Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations

Works within team structure and contributes to the urban planning and design process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

Expertise in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD and Sketchup and/or Rhino.

Familiar with various practices such as landscape, land planning, and other related practices.

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, regulation and procedures.

Can work 3-4 day/ week

Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
