Your Responsibilities: · Conduct desktop research on automotive market trends in China and monitor competitor activities, especially on NEV market · Help scope the future of VGC by supporting strategic topics, such as platform, cockpit · Organize and participate in relevant product committee meetings as well as prepare the related documents · Support the organization of workshops, team meetings and team events, in for example preparation of product teams and relevant documents, preparation of PPT and meeting minutes · Support other individual projects and tasks assigned by the Head of BAM & Innovation management Our Requirements: · Enrolled university student with an outstanding academic record · Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus) · Proficient in Microsoft office software (especially PowerPoint and Excel) · Ability to work independently within team, high degree of motivation, initiative, and resilience · Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills · Ideally working experiences from previous internships · Worktime: 5 days/week What we offer: · Experience strong brands, excellent products and image · Good management, teamwork, open communication & feedback · International working environment & global network · Flexible working hours (in accordance with the internship supervisor) · Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor and 180 RMB/day for Master students · Housing support into RMB 4.000 for non-local students and non-Beijing citizens · Possible further cooperation on the final thesis (in accordance with the supervisor)
