We are now looking for an ambitious Marketing Intern to join our growing startup team in Shanghai. The role starts as an Intern, but we are looking to transition interns into full time opportunities after 2 to 3 months based on performance.

Core Responsibilities

·        Assists in the development and implementation of B2B digital marketing programs according to business goals in China.

·        Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in B2B marketing campaigns

·        Perform market analysis and research and stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends

·        Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, brochures, presentations etc.

·        Good knowledge of Chinese social media platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu and XHS with the ability to manage and create content (text, visuals and design) to post on them.

·        Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams in the Pakistan office.

·        Manage and update company products/projects database

·        Assist marketing leader in event management and organization

·        Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Key Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communication or related field

·         Extensive experience and knowledge of modern marketing techniques and channels

·         Strong analytical skills a must

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team

·         Proactive attitude

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Hands on experience with Microsoft office, WeChat and microblogging tools

·         Highly organized and detail oriented
