主要职责： 1. 法律案例检索：根据团队需求，高效检索相关案例资料，整理案例要点，支持法律分析和策略制定。 2. 协助团队进行海外（主要欧美地区）知识产权品牌保护防侵权管理和侵权投诉或应诉的相关工作。 3. 参与知识产权、海外数据安全、海外本土化合规等法律领域的调研和检索。 4. 协助处理其他与法律事务相关的工作。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently research relevant case laws, brief key points, and support legal analysis. 2. Assist with intellectual property brand protection against infringement and related litigation, primarily in Europe and America. 3. Participate in legal research and case studies related to intellectual property, data protection, and compliance in foreign countries. 4. Assist with ad-hoc other legal-related tasks. 资质要求： 1. 英语阅读和写作能力较优秀，对涉外欧美法有浓厚兴趣。 2. 法学及相关专业在读本科生或研究生优先。 3. 具备较强的学习能力、研究能力、良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。 4. 具有相似实习经验的同学优先考虑。 5. 能够承诺至少3个月实习期，每周工作3-5天。 Qualifications: 1. Excellent reading and writing skills in English, with a strong interest in foreign, European, and American law. 2. Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in law or related fields are preferred. 3. Strong learning and research capabilities, good teamwork spirit, and communication skills. 4. Candidates with similar internship experience will be given priority. 5.
