Internship Opportunity: Farm Innovation Research Intern (Remote, Project-Based)
We're looking for a proactive and research-oriented intern to join us in reimagining the future of a farm located in Milpitas, California (Bay Area). The goal is to explore and implement new income-generating ideas and community-oriented upgrades for our farm.
This role will focus on market research, concept development, and collaboration with our U.S.-based team to bring new projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze innovative farm-based business models
(e.g., agri-tourism, product subscriptions, pet-friendly experiences, etc.)
Collect and summarize relevant English-language case studies and trends from the U.S. market
Support the design and early-stage implementation of selected ideas
Communicate with the U.S. team for alignment and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Background: Preferred majors include Art, Design, Marketing, Business, or other creative or research-driven fields
Research Ability: Able to independently investigate new concepts and generate thoughtful insights
English Proficiency: Comfortable reading and summarizing English-language reports and websites
Creativity & Curiosity: Passionate about exploring ideas in agriculture, rural experience, space utilization, or content-driven environments
Internship Details:
Remote / work-from-home position
Approx. 6 hours per day, flexible schedule
Weekly check-ins (1–2 times) with the project lead
Milestone-based deliverables
Project duration: minimum 3 months
