物流战略项目组招聘实习生，专业不限，物流，供应链，财务，管理，Marketing专业优先。

Regular tasks:

1.     Organize and host bi-weekly team meeting, including meeting topics collection, meeting agenda prepare, meeting minutes writing and follow-up results, etc.

2.     Slides preparation for important meetings to senior management and project activities

3.     Other topics assigned by supervisor or supporting requests from team members

Defined project:

4.     Highly involved in the support for logistics and strategy projects:

- attend regular project meetings (and write meeting minutes upon requirements)

- support to prepare for and organize workshops

- follow-up tasks (monthly report/controlling report/meeting output summarization)

- other project related tasks assignment depending on capability

5.     Support project management office on:

- ensuring smooth procurement processes and track status

- updating project related documents in different knowledge area (time, scope, quality mgmt., etc.)

- project tools management (MS SharePoint administration)

Qualification Requirement (Major, Language, etc.):

1.     Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

2.     Skilled in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
