Position summary 职位概述 • Provide technical support and user training for local and remote sites 为企业内部用户提供当地及远程的 IT 技术支持及使用培训 • Work with support teams at different sites to provide in-house IT services 与跨部门团队合作,配合不同需求的项目提供 IT 支持 • Assist in latest cloud technology adoption including Office 365 and VPN setup 协助采用新的云技术,包括Office 365和VPN设置 • Monitor, maintain and improve in IT infrastructure performance 监控、维护和改进 IT 基础设施的性能 • Assist in IT equipment procurement 协助 IT 设备采购 Responsibilities 岗位职责 • Perform daily IT helpdesk front-line support 支持日常 IT 桌面运维前端支持 • Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access. 根据软件需求、局域网权限等安装台式电脑/手提电脑 • Support end user for their PC operation systems, PC LAN support, hardware, office applications and networking issues 支持终端用户的电脑运作系统, PC LAN 支持,硬件,办公室应用程序及网络问题 • Provide trouble shooting, technical support and training for local and remote sites 为企业内部用户提供当地及远程的问题解决方案,技术支持和培训 • Maintain overall network performance and stability to meet the company expansion 维护整体网络性能及网络稳定, 满足公司发展需求 • Source and propose on the new purchase of IT equipment 为新采购的 IT 设备开发供应商及建议 • Assist in training, documentation and rollout of internal IT systems 协助企业内部 IT 系统的培训、说明书及上线推广 • Assist in stock keeping and control of equipment inventory record 协助 IT 设备仓存及库存记录管理
任职资格:Requirements 岗位要求 **欢迎应届毕业生投递** • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业, 大专以上学历 • 2 years’ solid working experience in IT support and server administration (less experience will be considered as Junior PC Support) 2年 IT 技术支持及服务器管理工作经验 (的应届毕业生可考虑, 经验少者优先考虑初级PC支持) • Experience in MS products and MNC exposure is a definite advantage 熟悉微软产品,具有外资企业服务经验者优先 • Knowledge and experience in Windows, Office 365, VPN, Hyper-V, MS AD, GPO, Cloud Technology 熟悉Windows, Office 365, VPN, Hyper-V, MS AD, GPO,云技术 • Regular travel is required 需要定期出差 • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin 国语流利,具备一定的英语听说能力
